Representing the first concession of Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer’s port company in Indonesia in filing legal proceedings for Tax Reconsideration Request/Permohonan Peninjauan Kembali of the Jakarta Tax Court Decision to the Supreme Court of Indonesia. PRO handled 60 (sixty) cases of this Tax Reconsideration Request regarding the Tax Assessment Letter (SKP) for the year of 2017-2022 tax period. PRO has succeeded in winning all the cases on the basis that the SKP were issued not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, and ordered the Directorate General of Taxes to conduct restitution of our clients’ tax overpayment.
Advising one of the top tobacco company in Indonesia related to the terms of tax restitution worth around USD 60,000,000 (sixty million Dollars).
Advising and guiding the first concession of Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer’s port company in Indonesia on a tax restitution, as an act of execution of the Supreme Court decision. PRO was successfully secured the client’s tax restitution approximately USD 2,000,000 (two million Dollars).
Advising and guiding one of the Indonesia shipping company with SIUPAL permit for importing Floating Crane Vessel with tax exposures worth around USD 1,500,000 (one million Dollars).

Representing one of the Indonesian military goods importer company on a tax dispute worth around USD 1,200,000 (one million and two hundred thousand Dollars) at the Supreme Court of Indonesia regarding the legal remedies on the Reconsideration Request (Permohonan Peninjauan Kembali). [on going]
