Notable Recent Works

  • Representing one of the largest international school in Indonesia in a sucessful lawsuit against the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, in connection with the closure of it’s early childhood/non-formal education program before the State Administrative Court of Jakarta.
  • Representing an Indonesian Catholic Health Education Institution in a successful defense against the National Land Agency (Badan Pertanahan Nasional/BPN), in connection with a state administrative lawsuit related to the issuance of the certificate of 1,8 hectares of land parcel located in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, owned by our client, which disputed/submitted by unacknowledged parties who claimed themselves as the heir of the actual owner of the land, before the State Administrative Court of Bandung.
  • Representing one of the largest Indonesian mining company in several successful proceedings and trials before Indonesia’s State Administrative Court against an exploration mining company, in connection with a state administrative lawsuit related to the overlapping of its Concession and Hauling Road Infrastructure.
  • Assisting and representing the first concession of Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer’s port company in Indonesia. PRO successfully handled the litigation case at the Jakarta State Administrative Court in facing a lawsuit filed by the Indonesian Coal Business Association/APBI in connection with the Recommendation on STS Port’s Tariff determined by the Ministry of Transportation. The lawsuit is related to the evaluation and supervision carried out by our client regarding coal exports from Indonesia, especially in the East Kalimantan region using the ship-to-ship transfer mechanism. PRO have succeeded in winning first instance decision with a decision rejecting the APBI’s lawsuit. [on going]
