Dear precious clients and colleagues,

We are hoping that you are all safe and well amid this difficult and uncertain times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our prayer is with everybody that are affected by this situation, and we sincerely believe that we shall have the courage and the strength to persevere as long as we are stand united in our effort to combat this unfortunate event.

We are writing to you as today marked an incredibly special milestone for us in PRO Alliance.

First of all, exactly just a year ago we formally established our company with a humble beginning of just 3 lawyers/Partners. Within 12 months, our rank has grown into a staggering 23 PRO consisting of 18 lawyers and 1 notary, supervised by 4 Partners. We have also expanded our presence to 13 cities within 9 provinces in Indonesia.

The COVID-19 has prevented us from growing our network as per our initial plan for this year. Nonetheless, this setback shall not undermine our effort as well as unprecedented growth and success that has been achieved thus far.

Within the past years, we have also assisted almost a hundred clients in wide ranging matters from a successful cassation proceeding before the Indonesian Supreme Court to represented various clients in their business field and successfully closing their business deals as smoothly and as secured as possible. Moreover, we have also being blessed with the opportunities to collaborate and to forged strong relationship with local and foreign authorities, including the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and various foreign embassies in Jakarta, Indonesia.

All of those achievements would not be possible without the continuous trust and the tremendous support that we gratefully received from all of our precious clients and colleagues such as your good self. So in this good opportunity, we would like to thank you and to extend our sincere appreciation for your trust and support. We are hoping that we can continue to rely upon our precious relationship and collaboration in many years to come.

Secondly, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Mochamad Sutami Attamimi (Mieky) and Mr. Muhammad Adrian Zulfikar (Adrian) to join our rank as Partners. Both Mieky and Adrian are highly capable dispute resolution lawyers with long experiences in assisting their clients in numerous successful civil, criminal, and state administrative cases. Mieky and Adrian has been working in one of the largest and most prestigious litigation law firm in Indonesia for the past 5 years prior to joining PRO Alliance.

Mieky’s recent cases including represented one of the largest international school in Indonesia in a successful defense against civil claim before Indonesian court lodged by the parent of one of its student in connection with sexual harassment allegation worth more than USD 125 million, as well as represented the same international school in a successful lawsuit against the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in connection with the closure of its early childhood/non-formal education program before the Jakarta State Administrative Court.

On the other hand, Adrian’s recent notable cases including represented and assisted one of the largest EPC company in Indonesia in filing a police report against an Indonesian company owned by Japanese conglomerate group in connection with an allegation of fraud and/or embezzlement with total damages worth around USD 7.5 million. In this case, Adrian and his team successfully put pressured and convinced the opponent to settle the allegation amicably and pay out the claim amount immediately. Other than that, Adrian has assisted a Manager of the world largest software company in a successful defense in a corruption trial in connection with software procurement by a Regional-Owned Enterprise bank in Indonesia. In this case, Adrian and his team successfully convinced the court that there was no criminal offense committed by his client, which made the penal of judges sentence his client free of all charges.

We are confident that with further help from Mieky and Adrian, PRO Alliance will have unprecedented additional capabilities to provide the utmost services to our clients.

Thirdly, we are also pleased to share that we have decided to move our office to  more strategic and prestigious location in order to respond to our growth and to increase our capability to serve our clients better. Starting from April 25^th, 2020, we officially moved our office to the following address:
