Notable Recent Works
- Assisting a leading mining company in Indonesia in a successful development of green field coal mine, which concession widely spread across Sumatera and Kalimantan worth around USD 220 million. Our PRO Lawyers assisted the company from end to end stages, including but not limited to preparation of investment structure/scheme, government relations, land acquisition, contract drafting, infrastructure development, acquiring licenses, litigation process, as well as advising on various strategic and compliance issues.
- Assisting a leading gold mining company in Indonesia in a successful application for extension of 4 (four) Exploration Mining Permit covering an area of 30,000
- Representing an Indonesian mining company in a successful application to obtain a Production Operation Permit Extension for a total concession of 1,495 hectares in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia.
- Assisting an Indonesian mining company in a successful application to obtain a Land Use Permit for 1,000 hectares of forest area in South Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Representing various Indonesian mining companies in successful applications to obtain Clear and Clean Certification from the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Representing various Indonesian mining companies in successful applications for Exporter Registration from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia.
